Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay: $2,000 – $4,000/month

Uncapped Commission Structure

Tiered Performance Bonuses & Boosts

Top Performers: $120,000 – $185,000+ annually

What You’ll Do

Generate and close new business across home, auto, and bundled insurance products

Handle inbound and outbound leads with speed and confidence

Build relationships and convert opportunities into long-term clients

Hit daily activity targets (quotes, talk time, production)

Continuously improve through coaching, feedback, and performance tracking
