About Our Client

Estimator - Construction - Manhattan is hiring for the building and construction industry in Manhattan.

Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Analyze project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to address project needs and expectations.
Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor bids to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Track project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Assist in developing and maintaining cost databases and historical data for future projects.
Review and refine cost estimates as project scope and specifications evolve.
Support the negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
