Title: Physician Clinical Panel Recruiter

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
Additional Flexibility: Must be available to accommodate healthcare providers outside of core business hours when needed
Onsite Location: Jericho, NY

Position Overview

The Physician Clinical Panel Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and ongoing support for a national Clinical Reviewer Panel supporting a federal healthcare peer review program.

This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare recruiter who enjoys sourcing specialized clinical professionals, building relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable recruiting in a high-volume environment while working with healthcare professionals across multiple specialties.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of high-volume healthcare recruiting experience required.
Experience recruiting clinical professionals preferred.
Physician recruiting experience is highly desirable, but other clinical recruiting backgrounds will be considered.
Strong understanding of healthcare recruiting practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
