Position Summary

The Inventory & Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, verifying, labeling, and organizing incoming inventory to ensure products are properly accounted for and stored.

What you will do:

Verify product labels and ensure all items are correctly identified.
Scan incoming products into the inventory management system.
Maintain accurate inventory records through proper receiving procedures.
Organize and stock products in their designated warehouse locations.
Ensure all inventory is properly labeled and stored.
Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and inventory area.
Communicate any receiving, inventory, or labeling issues to management.
Assist with general warehouse duties and support the warehouse team as needed.

About you:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Organized and able to maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable using computers, handheld scanners, and inventory systems.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
Ability to effectively communicate in the English (written, oral) & Spanish language (oral)
