Russian-Speaking Staffing Coordinator – Touch of Love Home Care Agency

Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time Position

Touch of Love Home Care Agency is seeking a Russian-speaking Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This position plays a key role in connecting our compassionate home health aides with patients who depend on high-quality, reliable care.

Key Responsibilities

Staffing & Scheduling

Develop and manage daily schedules for home health aides based on patient needs and service authorizations.
Ensure full coverage for all patients while maintaining scheduling efficiency.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes to ensure continuity of care.

Communication & Coordination

Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and contracted facilities in both English and Russian.
Provide updates and relay care plan information to home health aides.
Serve as the main point of contact for staff inquiries, scheduling questions, and patient updates.

Incident Management

Accurately document and report any incidents or performance issues.
Collaborate with Compliance, Nursing, and HR departments to investigate and resolve issues.
Maintain compliance with all DOH and agency reporting requirements.

Collaboration with Other Departments

Work with Compliance and Recruitment to ensure all caregivers meet required certifications and documentation.
Coordinate with Payroll/Billing and Authorizations to verify hours, payments, and billing accuracy.
Support Nursing Department initiatives to improve service quality and caregiver performance.

Reporting & Analysis

Run and review daily staffing reports to monitor efficiency and performance.
Provide updates to management on scheduling trends, coverage issues, and areas for improvement.
Suggest workflow enhancements to improve coordination and caregiver satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in both English and Russian (verbal and written).
Minimum 2 years of staffing or scheduling experience, preferably in a home care agency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling systems; HHA Exchange experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
Strong understanding of home care operations, DOH regulations, and compliance requirements.
