Bilingual Warehouse Associate (Russian or Ukrainian)

Location: Brooklyn, NY / Newark, NJ
Pay: $18.00 per hour (1099 option may be available)
Growth Opportunity: Strong advancement potential into an Inventory Manager role

We are seeking a motivated Russian- or Ukrainian-speaking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with basic computer skills, strong work ethic, and the potential to grow into inventory management. Warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Transportation:

Depart Brooklyn at 5:00 AM with company transportation.
Work at the Newark warehouse during the day.
Leave Newark at 2:00 PM and return to Brooklyn by approximately 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

Assist with warehouse operations and inventory organization.
Load, unload, and move merchandise as needed.
Perform basic inventory tracking and data entry.
Use computer systems to maintain inventory records.
Support order fulfillment and warehouse organization.
Learn inventory management processes for future advancement opportunities.

Requirements:

Fluent in Russian or Ukrainian (English communication skills preferred).
Basic computer literacy.
Reliable and punctual.
Willingness to learn warehouse and inventory operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
College education or professional experience from Russia, Ukraine, or another country is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

Recent immigrant to the United States looking for long-term career growth.
Has office, administrative, or computer-based experience.
Interested in developing into an Inventory Manager position.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
