Full Job Description

We are an authorized new vehicle franchised dealer with a state-of-the art facility and body shop. Our body shop has the latest updraft spray booth and equipment. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience. Experience using Mitchell estimating software is a plus..

The job consists of both managing your team and selling work to our large customer base. Personally review daily the vehicles brought to our Service Department and see if body shop work is required. You must be able to communicate positively with both employees and customers. You must have a proven track record negotiating with insurance companies.

Customer service is a priority. You must be able to advise customers of the repair and insurance process and provide timely follow-up to each customer insuring that the work is completed properly and on-time.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Writing estimates for insurance companies and self-pay repairs.

Handling insurance claims paperwork and insurance procedures.

Scheduling appointments

Working with our Parts Department to order the proper parts

Advising our customers of their repair alternatives and explaining both the insurance and repair process.

Managing your staff by inspecting all repairs are done properly within the proper time guidelines.

It is your job to make sure our customers are Completely Satisfied.

Compensation based on experience.
