Full Job Description

NEW GROWTH POSITION LOOKING TO MOVE QUICKLY DUE TO DEMAND.

***There are quarterly bonuses aligned with performance that will be in addition to the base salary***

Inside sales role requiring outbound and inbound call support.

Support Business Development / Outside Sales partners.

Inside Sales:

Prospect new accounts and keep contact up with current account base. Deepen relationships through proactive interaction as well as identify new prospects. Continually working to educate prospects and customers on products to increase up-sell and new sales opportunities. Work closely with outside sales. A successful candidate will maintain active engagement with their leads and consistently deliver a pipeline to the business and assist in closing business.

Responsibilities:

Work with Sales team
Attain daily activity metrics – outbound calls, decision maker contacts, qualified leads
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication
Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and new products, while understanding and identifying opportunities for customers
Manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.
Ability to present new ideas, overcome objections, create competitive offerings, and negotiate terms within all levels of the organization

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3+ years of inside sales or business development experience
Proven ability to prospect and qualify new business via the internet, trade publications and industry contacts, etc.
Proven track record of metrics and quota obtainment
Experience with CRM
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
