THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Piping BIM Detailer with hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and producing shop/fabrication drawings. This is a great opportunity for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about modeling systems that get built in the real world.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Create and manage detailed 3D piping models in Revit for mechanical and plumbing systems.

· Generate fabrication-ready shop drawings and spools for field installation and prefab.

· Interpret engineering drawings and design intent into constructible models.

· Identify and resolve coordination conflicts using clash detection tools.

· Maintain modeling standards and documentation across multiple active projects.

· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field foremen to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

· Generate RFIs as required

· Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION

· 3+ years of experience in piping BIM detailing preferred

· Proficiency in Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and other BIM tools.

· Strong understanding of mechanical/piping systems and construction methods.

· Proven ability to produce fabrication drawings and support shop workflows.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

· Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, SysQue database, Autodesk point layout and Bluebeam is a plus.

· Familiarity with prefabrication workflows, field coordination, and laser scan integration is preferred.

· BIM or Revit certification preferred.

· Familiarity with Lean or VDC processes is a plus.
