The Dishwasher role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment at Brose New Boston. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety standards. The dishwasher supports the food service team by managing the flow of clean items, enabling smooth kitchen operations and timely meal service. This role requires physical stamina to handle lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods, contributing to the overall productivity of the kitchen. Ultimately, the dishwasher helps create a hygienic and organized workspace that upholds the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic reading and comprehension skills to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely and repeatedly throughout the shift.
Capability to stand for extended periods while performing repetitive motions.
Demonstrated reliability with regular and punctual attendance.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
Knowledge of proper sanitization techniques and health code regulations.
