Job Overview

Metabolic Research Center is looking for and Exceptional, Reliable and Professional part-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, motivated, organized, and professional. If you have a passion for living a healthy, active lifestyle and love helping others to do the same, Metabolic Research Center is a place for you to build a rewarding career with exponential opportunities for growth!

Responsibilities and Requirements

Previous Reception or Front Desk experience required
Medical administrative support experience preferred
Minimum of 1 years sales and cash handling experience
Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
Pay based upon experience
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle and a desire to inspire and motivate others
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Provide high level of customer service to clients
Greet clients in a timely, professional and engaging manner
Capable of multi-tasking and can coordinate ongoing projects, plans and people
Love of brainstorming, problem-solving, being creative and resourceful
Proven ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail
Positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm for the Metabolic community and people
Excellent telephone etiquette
Intermediate-level experience of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Working knowledge of Google Suite, MailChimp and Canva is a plus!
Possesses a passion for a healthy, active lifestyle
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes in a fast paced environment
High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Professional appearance is essential
Ability to lift 30 pounds
