Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guests’ dining experience! In this lively role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while showcasing your culinary knowledge and beverage expertise. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety protocols
Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting with food handling procedures
Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings efficiently and optimize seating arrangements

Experience

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or hospitality settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing
Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits, and drink presentation
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully
Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports
Prior experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
