We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hybrid Remote Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! This role offers the exciting opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting processes across diverse departments while leveraging innovative sourcing strategies. As a Hybrid Remote Recruiter, you will blend remote work flexibility with on-site collaboration, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Your passion for talent management and exceptional communication skills will drive our efforts to attract top-tier candidates and build lasting relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume, roofing, sales rep, sales manager, and internal roles across various departments.
Balance sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (Facebook), sourcing techniques, and outreach to identify top talent.
Periodically conduct engaging interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate candidate sourcing through cold calling, research, and lead generation.
Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure clear communication, set expectations, and promote a positive candidate experience.
Utilize Applicant sourcing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, or other HR systems to track applicant flow, update candidate statuses, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal requirements during all stages of the recruitment process.
Support onboarding initiatives including employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations activities to foster a welcoming environment for new hires.

Qualifications

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, external recruiting, high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, or executive recruiting.
Ability to multitask and reach out to applicants to schedule interviews.
Update candidate trackers and maintain organization for onboarding new hires.
Strong communication skills coupled with excellent organizational skills to effectively manage candidate pipelines and stakeholder expectations.
Familiarity with talent management software HR systems, and social media marketing
Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, research techniques, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
Experience with HR legal compliance related to employment law in talent acquisition practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with a passion for training & development initiatives such as succession planning and employee orientation programs.
