Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fry / Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Fry / LIne Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various fried foods/grill items while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to our menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including fryers and cooking equipment.
Adhere to food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
Assist in menu planning by providing input on new fried items or seasonal specialties.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of cooking supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, particularly in frying methods, is a plus.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
A passion for fine dining and commitment to delivering high-quality meals.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
