Company Overview

Treatment Trends, Inc. (TTI) is a dedicated nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience supporting individuals facing substance use disorders. Our mission is to empower individuals to find recovery, and in the process, heal community. We provide a comprehensive continuum of care through recovery-oriented services, including inpatient and outpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and various pathways to recovery.

Summary

Treatment Trends, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to join our Administration Team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our relationships with referral sources, local community partners, legal entities and assessment and referral sites. We offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Treatment Trends Inc. while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

Will familiarize themselves with the individual TTI programs, staff, functions and missions, in order to market those programs accurately
Will work in conjunction with Program Leadership to determine referral needs/outcomes and execute joint marketing ventures
Will develop and execute a Marketing Plan, which may include, but is not limited to: visits, tours, appointments, speaking engagements and presentations
Will provide a weekly report to Executive Director detailing the previous week’s activities
Will establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, local community partners, legal entities and assessment and referral sites
Will attend provider meetings, facilitate tours for external partners and interested parties, conferences, marketing fairs, etc.
Will lead design and development of website & social media, in coordination with TTI IT Department
Will develop and design marketing materials, which may include: brochures, newsletters, mailers, and promotional materials.
Will participate in supervision with supervisor.
Will attend meetings, as assigned, including but not limited to: weekly admin meeting, Leadership meetings, Weekly Program Staff Meetings, etc.
Will work with other Administrative Staff to determine needs & budget for marketing.
Will facilitate Monthly Census Meeting or other meetings as assigned.
Will attend trainings to meet the TTI annual requirements, as well as DDAP requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelors in Marketing or related field
Clinical experience in a drug & alcohol setting is helpful
