Key Performance Indicators:

Proficient in prospecting, cold calling, and conducting the entire sales process
Meets or exceeds Medicare Episodic Admission targets (budgeted goals).
Capitalize on CRM data to create and maintain an account/customer database
Conduct minimum of 10-12 sales calls per day

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Area Vice President of Sales, this associate will be responsible for driving key accounts and generating new business development. The sales representative is a proven sales executive who can roll-up their sleeves, thrives in competitive environments, and wants to get paid for their results and hard work.

An outside the box thinker, who can follow through and execute when needed, but prefers to stay strategic.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum 1 yr. business development, marketing or sales experience in healthcare setting, home health experience preferred.

2. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.

3. Valid Driver’s License and valid auto liability insurance. Significant out of office and interoffice travel is required.
