As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require assistance with daily activities. **Key Responsibilities:**

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
Monitor and assist with medication administration as per the care plan.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
Accompany clients to appointments or outings, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Observe and report any changes in the client’s health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client progress.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of common health conditions and the aging process.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required depending on the role.

**Working Conditions:**

Must be able to lift and move clients as required.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
