*4+ YEARS REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

We are a top-producing established Central Texas real estate team with over 20 years in operations.

We take care of our clients at a level most teams can't match and we hold high standards for everything we do.

We're looking for a Real Estate Assistant to support two of Austin's most active agents — owning the coordination, communication, and transaction work that keeps a high-volume real estate business running at a high level.

This is not a background role. You will be a direct extension of our agents — the person clients hear from, the one who drives deadlines, and the one who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks from contract to close.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Transaction management (contract to close): You live on the timeline. Every deadline, every document, every party — you're tracking it and driving it. Nothing slips.

Listings coordination: MLS input, photo scheduling, showing setup, status updates, document management — start to finish.

Agent and client communication: Buyers, sellers, cooperating agents, and title all stay informed and on schedule because you make sure of it. Emails, calls, texts — you respond promptly, professionally, and warmly.

Admin and scheduling: Managing calendars, coordinating appointments, organizing documents, and keeping two busy agents on time and on task.

Technology and AI fluency: We are actively modernizing our workflows and client communication using AI tools and automation. You should be comfortable with technology, willing to learn new platforms quickly, and genuinely curious about how AI can make the work better. Experience with Follow Up Boss, MLS, or similar platforms is a strong plus.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Demonstrated comfort with AI and technology in a professional setting — you're already using these tools in your work and you see them as an advantage, not a learning curve
4+ years in a real estate support, transaction coordination, or listings management role
Detail-oriented and deadline-driven — you follow things through to completion without being reminded
Exceptional communicator — written and verbal. You represent us every time you reach out to a client
Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you're the person who catches what everyone else misses
Proactive, not reactive — you anticipate needs before being asked
Professional, warm, and client-obsessed — you understand that how we treat people is the whole business.
Texas real estate license is a plus
