Overview
The New York Beer Project Company is holding interviews for Managers at all levels in all of our locations. Come join a unique and fun Beer-centric team and we’ll give you all the training and tools you’ll need to succeed and grow in our exciting fast-paced, culture driven environment. We are currently holding interviews for NYBP Lockport, and the NYBP OP Beer Lodge in our location in Orchard Park NY – 245 Windward Road, Orchard Park, NY. We will also be holding interviews for our Rochester based location at NYBP Victor – 300 High Street – Victor NY. Duties

Supervise and train staff in brewing techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial health and sustainability of the brewery.
Collaborate with culinary teams to create food pairings that complement our beer offerings.
Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the building.
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and promote our brand.

Experience

Proven experience in a leadership role within the culinary or hospitality industry, preferably in a brewery or similar environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation

$62,400 annual salary.
Weekly Bonus potential. A potential $5,200 impact to salary.
