Full Job Description

Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team in an in-office administrative position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Schedule

Part-time: 25–35 hours per week
Daily start and end times are somewhat flexible
Hours may vary slightly depending on workload and business needs

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Support HR functions, including employee paperwork and record keeping
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
Organize files and manage office documentation
Assist with general office administration and other duties as assigned
Help improve office processes and stay on top of multiple priorities

Qualifications

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable learning new software and computer programs
Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with Google Sheets
Microsoft Excel experience
QuickBooks experience
Previous office, administrative, bookkeeping, or HR experience
