Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guests’ entire stay, creating memorable moments that keep them coming back. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and special requests
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly
Support night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and guest satisfaction
Assist in managing guest relations by fostering a welcoming environment throughout their stay

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse guests effectively
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency
Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred
Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Familiarity with resort or hotel operations, including guest relations and hospitality standards
