AKC Healthcare Incorporated is seeking a reliable and organized Data Clerk & Telephone Operator to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This position combines data entry and telephone support responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling information accurately while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain records accurately in company databases and systems.
Answer and route incoming telephone calls professionally.
Take and relay messages to the appropriate staff members.
Assist customers and callers with general inquiries.
Verify and organize information and documentation.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
Perform routine data entry and clerical tasks.
Schedule appointments and assist with administrative requests.
Protect confidential company and customer information.
Communicate effectively with internal departments.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous data entry, telephone operator, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong typing and computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Professional and courteous telephone manner.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
