Nourish is growing, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a food service business running — clean books, on-time payroll, and a well-supported team — has outgrown a part-time effort. We’re hiring one organized, trustworthy person to own it all: the numbers and the people.

About Nourish Food Service LLC

Nourish Food Service LLC is a food service company is a national contract food service managment firm . We take pride in dependable service and quality food, and we run lean — which means every person on the team matters, and this role touches all of them.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-trust role at the center of the business. A year from now, success looks like this: invoices go out and get paid on time, vendors are paid without surprises, every payroll run is accurate to the penny, new hires have a smooth first week instead of a chaotic one, and the Senior Managing Partner spends less time on administration and more time on clients. You’ll be the go-to person for Atlanta's small employee group with on pay, benefits, and HR questions, and the friendly-but-firm voice that keeps 28 client accounts current.

What You’ll Do

Own accounts payable and accounts receivable — enter and pay vendor bills, generate and send client invoices, and keep the books current and reconciled.
Manage basic collections — monitor aging reports across our 25 client accounts, send payment reminders, and make courteous follow-up calls to keep receivables current.
Run payroll for our hourly team — collect and verify timesheets, process each pay cycle accurately and on schedule, and resolve pay questions quickly.
Lead recruiting and onboarding — post openings, screen and schedule candidates, prepare offer paperwork, and give every new team member an organized first week.
Coordinate employee training — schedule and track required training (including food safety certifications) and keep completion records audit-ready.
Maintain employee files and HR records — keep I-9s, W-4s, certifications, and personnel documentation complete, confidential, and compliant.
Be the first point of contact for general HR questions from a team of 18, escalating sensitive matters to the Senior Managing Partner.

What We’re Looking ForRequired

3+ years of experience in a role combining bookkeeping or office administration with HR or payroll responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with AP/AR and payroll processing (QuickBooks or similar accounting software, and a payroll platform such as Gusto, ADP, or QuickBooks Payroll).
Comfortable making collections calls and writing professional payment follow-ups.
Strong organization and follow-through — you keep multiple recurring deadlines (payroll, invoicing, filings) without being reminded.
Discretion with confidential pay and personnel information.
Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Nice to Have

Experience in food service, catering, or hospitality.
Familiarity with hourly-workforce HR practices (scheduling, overtime rules, wage-and-hour basics).
An HR or payroll credential (PHR, SHRM-CP, or FPC/CPP).
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay: $52,280.16 - $62,961.06 per year
