Full Job Description

If you are hired, you will be starting the position immediately. Free supervision will be provided(LMSW only)!

* For the fully licensed applicants, you would expect 2-3 months waiting time upon signing the employement agreement(W-2), and if you break the aggreement, you are responsible for 50% of the fees for the credentialing.

Overview
Talk To Heal Counseling is multi-cultural mental health practice that aims to provide mental health care to people from various cultural backgrounds. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. If you are from different culture or you speak more than one language, you the right fit. In this role, you will provide essential mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on promoting emotional well-being and personal growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong therapeutic skills and a commitment to helping clients navigate their challenges through various therapeutic modalities.

Duties

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.
Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including art therapy and motivational interviewing, to facilitate healing and growth.
Provide crisis management support to clients in urgent situations.
Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
Implement behavior management strategies, particularly for children and adolescents.
Engage in individual/couple/family counseling to strengthen relationships and support systems.
Stay informed about medical terminology and best practices in mental health

Skills
The successful candidate should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

Qualifications

GA active lisence to practice
Graduate from master-level education
Willing to work in the office setting
Language other than English would be a big plus
