Experienced Executive Assistant Supporting Senior Leadership
MWG Enterprises is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our executive leadership team in Fort Worth, Texas.
This is a high-trust position for an individual who understands that exceptional executive support goes beyond managing a calendar or scheduling meetings. We are looking for someone who takes pride in understanding the executives they support, learning their preferences, anticipating their needs, maintaining organization, and ensuring that important details are handled without requiring constant direction.
The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, dependable, and exceptionally organized. They understand how to work with senior executives who have established schedules, preferences, and ways of conducting business and can adapt their support accordingly.
Success in this position will come from being able to stay several steps ahead—knowing what needs to happen next, following through on commitments, keeping priorities organized, and making sure the executive team can focus their attention where it is most valuable.
This position will support both professional and appropriate personal administrative responsibilities associated with the executive team.
What You'll DoExecutive Support
- Provide direct administrative support to members of the MWG Enterprises executive leadership team.
- Learn and understand individual executive preferences, priorities, schedules, and working styles.
- Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively address administrative requirements.
- Maintain awareness of executive priorities and ensure important matters receive appropriate follow-up.
- Serve as a trusted point of coordination between executives and internal and external parties.
- Help ensure executives are prepared, organized, and informed throughout the day.
- Track requests, commitments, deadlines, and action items through completion.
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedules.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively.
- Ensure executives have appropriate preparation time, materials, locations, and information for scheduled commitments.
- Maintain awareness of changing priorities and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Provide reminders and follow-up regarding important meetings, calls, appointments, and commitments.
- Coordinate professional and appropriate personal appointments when requested.
Meetings & Events
- Coordinate executive meetings, business meetings, dinners, events, and other functions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, schedules, and supporting information.
- Coordinate meeting locations, conference rooms, meals, technology, transportation, and other logistics.
- Maintain awareness of meeting objectives and ensure appropriate follow-up occurs afterward.
- Track action items and commitments resulting from meetings.
- Assist with planning company and executive events as needed.
Organization & Follow-Through
- Maintain organized executive task lists and priorities.
- Track outstanding items and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Organize documents, correspondence, records, and executive information.
- Help create structure around both recurring and changing executive responsibilities.
- Ensure deadlines, commitments, appointments, and important dates are not overlooked.
- Identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Take ownership of assignments and see them through to completion.
Professional & Personal Administrative Support
The Executive Assistant may assist with both business responsibilities and appropriate personal administrative matters necessary to support the executive team's schedules and responsibilities.
This may include:
- Coordinating appointments and reservations.
- Managing schedules and reminders.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Coordinating deliveries, services, and other administrative matters.
- Organizing events, dinners, meetings, and special occasions.
- Assisting with correspondence and communications.
- Coordinating with professional service providers and vendors.
- Managing other reasonable administrative requests from executive leadership.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of handling these responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, good judgment, and confidentiality.

- Ability to work on-site in Fort Worth, Texas.
- Ability to maintain a regular Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule, with reasonable flexibility when executive schedules require coordination outside normal hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Experience directly supporting C-suite executives, company founders, business owners, or senior principals.
- Experience coordinating complex calendars involving multiple executives.
- Experience managing executive travel, meetings, events, and detailed itineraries.
- Experience working in a family office, private company, investment organization, professional services environment, or similar executive setting.

Compensation
MWG Enterprises is prepared to offer an annual salary of:
$60,000–$75,000
Final compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to provide high-level executive support.
Work Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, on-site position at our Fort Worth, Texas location.
The standard schedule is:
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–4:00 PM
The Executive Assistant should be available for reasonable schedule coordination outside these hours when necessary based upon executive travel, meetings, events, or changing business requirements.
This is not a remote position.
