Full Job Description

Part-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper – Flexible & Work From Home

We’re looking for a dependable, organized person to help keep the office side of our company running smoothly.

This is a part-time position averaging around 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and the ability to do the work entirely from your own home. You’ll have flexibility in how you structure your hours, as long as work is completed accurately, on time, and all deadlines are met.

You’ll serve as our go-to for the office side of the business, keeping things organized, staying ahead of deadlines, and making sure day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks are handled reliably.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating customer invoices
Keeping QuickBooks Online organized and up to date
General bookkeeping and transaction categorization
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Processing payroll
Making payroll tax deposits and payments
Tracking quarterly filings and payments
Making estimated tax payments as directed by our accountant
Organizing receipts, statements, employee records, and other paperwork
Handling occasional office and administrative tasks as needed

Who We're Looking For

You don’t need to know anything about trucks to be great at this job.

You do need to be organized, trustworthy, comfortable working independently, and strong with details.

Ideally, you have experience with:

QuickBooks Online
Bookkeeping
Payroll and payroll taxes
Customer invoicing/accounts receivable
Quarterly and estimated tax payments
General small-business office administration

We’re looking for someone who can learn our business, understand what needs to happen, stay on top of deadlines, and take ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant direction.
