Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled culinary professional to join our team as a Cook. This position plays a vital role in our dietary department, ensuring that meals are prepared and served in accordance with food safety standards while providing excellent service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and service, along with a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Duties

Assist in menu planning and meal preparation, ensuring that dietary restrictions and preferences are met.
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
Serve meals to residents with attention to detail and customer service excellence.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during meal services.
Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.
