Strong clinical fluency across multiple disease areas and the ability to quickly get up the curve in new indications are a plus. You will work across multiple concurrent engagements, partnering with consulting teams across geographies in a collaborative, globally integrated model.
This role is anticipated to be a 3–6 month contract engagement.

Identify patterns and divergences across KOLs, highlighting key themes and findings for case teams and clients
Support case teams in organizing and synthesizing primary qualitative research findings for broader case team analyses
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams (~2–3 projects), ensuring consistency and quality across engagements
Collaborate with Global case teams to align research objectives, share findings, and support insight development
Upstream design & quality:
Review and refine KOL discussion guides to ensure alignment with core hypotheses and decision needs
Identify gaps, biases, or missed lines of inquiry in research design prior to fielding
Partner with teams to sharpen research objectives and ensure efficient use of KOL time
Insight synthesis & deliverables:
Create thematic summaries, key findings, and interview synthesis materials for use by consulting teams
Distill complex clinical perspectives into concise, structured research findings
Support development of interview synthesis slides and related research outputs
Qualifications
Primary research & life sciences expertise:
3+ years of experience in conducting qualitative research in life sciences consulting or pharma/biotech environments
Extensive experience conducting KOL interviews in high-stakes commercial or strategy contexts
Strong clinical fluency across multiple therapeutic areas; ability to quickly get up the curve in new indications
Demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative insights into clear themes, findings, and structured outputs
Commercial & strategic acumen:
Strong understanding of key market drivers (e.g., treatment paradigms, patient segmentation, access, pricing)
Prefer experience supporting revenue forecasting, market models, or commercial strategy engagements preferred
Ability to understand how primary qualitative research supports broader business and forecasting analyses
Stakeholder engagement:
Strong communication and collaboration skills in team-based environments
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, hypothesis-driven settings with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Experience working with cross-regional teams is a plus
Education:
