Client Service Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a welcoming, detail-oriented, and highly organized Client Service Associate to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping create an exceptional experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

The ideal candidate is professional, resourceful, and enjoys working in a client-focused environment. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining a polished office atmosphere, and providing administrative support to help the team operate efficiently.

While experience in financial services is preferred, it is not required. We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression.
Answer phones, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with general office communications.
Maintain conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces to ensure a polished and client-focused environment.
Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of office, kitchen, and client hospitality supplies.
Process client paperwork and support administrative workflows in accordance with firm procedures.
Assist advisors and team members with projects, operational tasks, and other administrative support as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe in rewarding team members with competitive compensation and a strong benefits package, including:

$24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
401(k) plan with employer matching contributions and an annual profit-sharing contribution

CTO beginning at 15 days annually, with increased accrual after one year of service
