The Production Manager serves as the operational leader of Simple Bakery & Market's production teams, ensuring that our commitment to exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency translates into every product we create. This role leads our production team through servant leadership, balancing the artistry of baking with the precision of commercial operations while maintaining our standards of excellence and our three-bottom-line philosophy.

As the bridge between culinary vision and daily execution, the Production Manager orchestrates the complex choreography of commercial baking—managing production schedules across bread, pastry, and prepared foods teams while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cost control, and team development. This position requires both the technical expertise of an experienced baker and the leadership capacity to develop others, optimize systems, and sustain a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
