Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly upon arrival, verify their appointment details, and assist with check-in procedures.
Verify insurance coverage through insurance portals
Manage patient scheduling efficiently utilizing dental office management software; coordinate appointments to optimize practice flow.
Provide exceptional patient service by answering multi-line phone systems professionally, addressing inquiries about billing, insurance, or treatment plans with clarity and courtesy.

Skills

Proven experience in dental office administration or medical front desk roles with strong knowledge of dental terminology and practice workflows.
Expertise in insurance verification
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and health information security.
Excellent customer service skills paired with phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
