About us

American Eyecare/Butte Family Eye Center is a small, family-owned optometry practice in Butte, MT. Our team has been providing exceptional eyecare to the community of Butte for over 40 years. We are excited to be growing as a practice and expanding our eyecare family. If you are as passionate about serving others as we are and enjoy working in a team environment, then we look forward to your application and connecting with you.

We are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Front Desk position has a passion for helping people, excellent communication skills and an interest in the arts. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for welcoming guests to our clinic and assisting them with services.

Responsibilities:

Serve customers arriving at the reception desk.
Answer incoming phone calls, provide information to callers
Helping patient with eyeglass selection, billing vision insurance, and contact lens ordering.
Provide appropriate information to patients regarding company policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
