Full Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization and a knack for multitasking? Centana Property Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position will contribute to the company's efficiency by supporting, both operationally and administratively, the day-to-day functions of Property Management.

The individual for this position should be comfortable working and contributing to a team environment, enjoy being in a busy environment where new and complex transactions occur, and interacting with people.

This is not a 9-5 position. The perfect candidate must be willing to get the job done by going above and beyond every day, which sometimes requires Overtime.

Maintenance Experience is helpful.

Primary job duties include:

Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning.
Answer a high volume of telephone calls and direct to appropriate team member.
Greet and assist visitors by answering their questions and/or directing them to the appropriate person.
Assist with daily tasks associated with Property Management for residential and storage units.
Enter Tenant rent payments and assist with rent collection.
Assist Property Managers with Tenant Move-In's and Move-Out's.
Create Maintenance Work Orders, and assist with contacting vendors regarding work.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure, and prioritize and manage time and workload to meet property and client needs.

Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
