Full Job Description

Daily Functions/Requirements

Responsible for gathering and loading all items for the event, setting up all necessary items for the event, serving the event start to finish, breaking down at the event, and cleaning up after the event.
Must work as a team by helping and supporting one another in order to create an over-the-top event and experience for the guest.
Must work well with and listen to the instruction of the Lead Event Server to make sure all areas of the venue and meal needs are being met and accounted for.
Must welcome and interact with guests in a hospitable, friendly, and professional manner.
Responsible for handling, storing, cleaning, and organizing all catering supplies.
Must be able to withstand standing for lengthy periods of time
Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds and balance/carry a serving tray
Must be able to work 10 to 14-hour shifts.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Valid Driver’s License (not required, but preferred)

This is a part-time to full-time position depending on the availability of the employee. We are able to work around school and other employment schedules; however, Friday and Saturday availability is mandatory.

Compensation will vary based on experience and range anywhere from $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Hours will range anywhere from 20-40 hours per week dependent upon employee availability. It is common for employees to be scheduled 3-4 days per week and still reach 30-40 hours due to the shift lengths.

Employees are required to provide his/her own black, slip-resistant shoes along with black socks and dress pants. No jeans, sweats, or yoga pants are permitted. All other articles required for the uniform will be provided for the employee.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
