Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help maintain smooth daily operations across various administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while supporting a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and professionally, directing them appropriately and managing visitor logs
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing excellent customer support and routing calls efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized filing systems both physically and digitally
Take customer payments, answer billing questions, and call on late payments.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette for professional communication
Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry, proofreading, and filing systems
Knowledge of office management practices combined with organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills
Technical proficiency in office productivity software, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping (e.g., QuickBooks)
Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
