Full Job Description

Join a dynamic virtual care team making healthcare more accessible across the U.S. We are looking for Puerto Rico-based Registered Nurses with an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) or NY Licensure license to support patients through remote, phone-based care.

If you do not have a compact or NY license, we can assist you to obtain this and reimburse the costs.

As a Telehealth RN, you’ll help individuals navigate their health concerns from the comfort of their homes. Your clinical expertise will guide patients toward safe, timely, and appropriate next steps in their care journey—whether that’s self-care, a visit to a provider, or further evaluation. This role is focused on providing clinical insight, education, and peace of mind in moments that matter.

About the Role:

Support patients over the phone with symptom assessment and health guidance.
Use established clinical protocols to recommend care options and next steps.
Document patient interactions clearly and accurately in electronic medical records.
Ensure every patient encounter is handled with empathy, professionalism, and privacy.
Contribute to a collaborative, tech-enabled team focused on patient safety and satisfaction.

What You Bring:

Active Registered Nurse license under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
American nursing licensure required, but if necessary we will facilitate obtaining this
Residency in Puerto Rico with authorization to work in the U.S.
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care, med-surg, or a related setting.
Prior experience in telehealth or remote nursing is highly desirable.
Comfort using EMR systems (EPIC experience is a plus).
Background in triage or pediatric care is helpful but not essential.
NCLEX passed
Fluent level of English
