Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced medical environment. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in managing patient intake, assessments, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide them with necessary information regarding their appointments and services offered.
Manage patient intake processes, including collecting personal information and medical history.
Utilize medical terminology accurately when communicating with patients and healthcare staff.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers efficiently.
Maintain organized patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
Training in patient modalities would be beneficial.
Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
Familiarity with patient assessment processes is a plus.
