Mason Group, Inc. is looking for a driven, competitive, highly focused, and motivated Full-Desk Recruiter to join our growing team.

This is not a role for someone looking to simply post jobs and wait for candidates to apply. We are looking for someone who is willing to take ownership of the entire recruiting process—from sourcing and screening candidates to developing new client relationships and generating new business.

As a Full-Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for building relationships on both sides of the business: identifying great candidates and connecting them with companies that need their talent.

What You'll Be Doing

Recruiting & Candidate Development

Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, online platforms, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
Conduct candidate interviews and screenings to evaluate experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process.
Market qualified candidates to existing and prospective clients.
Manage the interview and hiring process from initial introduction through placement.
Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.

Business Development

Identify and research prospective clients through online research, industry networking, referrals, and word-of-mouth opportunities.
Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and position Mason Group as a trusted recruiting partner.
Consistently develop and grow your client base.

Database & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client information within Bullhorn.
Keep detailed notes and records of conversations, opportunities, and recruiting activity.
Manage your pipeline and consistently follow up with candidates and clients.
Stay organized and ensure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.

Independence & Accountability

This position requires someone who is extremely focused and disciplined.

Our management style is not based on micromanaging. We can teach you our process, show you what works, provide guidance, and make sure you understand the objective—but we cannot do the job for you.

You need to be someone who can absorb information quickly , stick to the process, and execute.

This is a position where you will need to manage your own time, stay focused, limit distractions, and consistently hold yourself accountable for your activity and production.

Technology & Organization

Success in this role requires someone who is highly comfortable using technology and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.

We are looking for someone who knows how to use a computer efficiently. Has the ability to manage emails, calendars, databases, candidate records, follow-ups, and multiple conversations simultaneously is critical to succeeding in this role.
