Canvas Manager Empire Renovations

Treasure Valley, Idaho
$73,000–$95,000 per year (Base + Performance Bonuses + Advancement Opportunities)

Empire Renovations is one of the Treasure Valley's fastest-growing home improvement companies, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, painting, gutters, and exterior renovations. We are looking for an ambitious Canvas Manager who is passionate about leadership, recruiting, and building a high-performing team.

This is more than a management position. You'll be responsible for developing the entire canvassing department—from recruiting and training new canvassers to managing daily operations and driving consistent lead generation.

What You'll DoLeadership & Team Development

Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top-performing canvassers.
Build and maintain a fully staffed canvassing team and company van.
Create a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.
Lead daily morning meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching.

Recruiting & Hiring

Continuously recruit quality candidates using Indeed, referrals, job fairs, and networking.
Interview and hire qualified applicants.
Develop strategies to improve employee retention and reduce turnover.
Build a strong pipeline of future canvassers.

Performance Management

Set daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
Monitor KPIs including:
Doors knocked
Contacts made
Appointments set
Sit rates
Sales conversion
Coach team members to consistently improve performance.

Field Operations

Plan efficient canvassing routes throughout the Treasure Valley.
Ensure the company van is fully staffed and operating daily.
Manage schedules, attendance, and transportation logistics.
Maintain a safe, professional, and productive work environment.

Community Engagement

Lead by example in the field.
Build trust with homeowners through professional communication.
Promote Empire Renovations' services with integrity and confidence.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

Previous door-to-door canvassing experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing employees
Strong coaching and motivational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lead by example in the field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation$73,000–$95,000+ annually

Compensation includes:
