Full Job Description

Job Title: Residential Property Supervisor
Location: Studio City, CA 91604
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Salary: $66,560 $85,000/year + monthly performance bonuses (Metrics)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 remote)

What You Will Do

As a Residential Property Supervisor, you will oversee a mixed portfolio within the range of 200 - 500+ residential units across Los Angeles, single-family homes, small multi-family buildings, and income properties.

You will:

Oversee 200+ properties across Los Angeles
Communicate directly with 3050 clients/property owners
Supervise 1015 resident managers / on-site staff
Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely maintenance
Use AppFolio for rent collection, reports, compliance, renewals, delinquencies
Use AppFolio for work orders and vendor coordination
Manage move-ins, move-outs, notices, and rental operations
Resolve tenant concerns quickly and professionally
Partner with accounting, maintenance, and leadership for smooth operations

What You Bring

Minimum of 2+ years of current or recent property management experience with direct oversight of a portfolio ranging from 200-300+ residential units
Knowledge of Fair Housing and California landlord-tenant laws (Not required, but a plus!)
Experience supervising onsite/resident managers
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in property management software required. Experience with AppFolio is a plus.
Valid CA drivers license, reliable vehicle, insurance
Spanish fluency required!

Experience and License Requirements

I am fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) and can professionally communicate in Spanish
I have 2+ years of current/recent exp. directly managing a residential portfolio of 200-300+ units
I have direct experience communicating/supporting 30-50 property owners/clients simultaneously
I have exp. supervising 10+ onsite managers & holding them accountable for property performance
Must live within a 30-minute driving distance of Studio City, CA 91604
Valid, unrestricted California drivers license

Pay: $66,560.00 - $85,000.00 per year
