Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Sacramento, CA | Part Time (Includes Saturdays)

Mad Butcher Meat Company is a family-owned, USDA-inspected wholesale and retail meat processing company that’s been serving Sacramento for over 50 years. We are proud of our old-school work ethic, hands-on leadership, and the values that define how we do business. We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is disciplined, dependable, and thrives in a traditional, fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our company. Your job is to make sure our customers feel welcome and receive their orders quickly, accurately, and professionally. You’ll also play a vital support role in stocking, cleaning, and helping our operation run efficiently day in and day out.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth
Cash out retail customers using our POS system quickly and accurately
Pull, pack, and stage customer orders (retail and wholesale)
Stock shelves and rotate product with precision
Maintain a clean, organized retail and prep area to USDA standards
Enter and work inside cold storage and freezer units regularly
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs multiple times throughout the day
Follow procedures closely and communicate clearly with coworkers

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is non-negotiable
Strong attendance and punctuality—reliability is a must
Comfortable working inside cold environments and freezers
Able to multitask while staying organized and calm
Positive attitude, self-starter mentality, and respect for structure
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or food manufacturing is a plus—but not required
