We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Property Management Division

When emergency water or property damage strikes a commercial or residential building, property managers need a partner they can trust implicitly.

We are a premier, rapidly expanding 12 year old property restoration brand seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Account Manager. This role is dedicated to establishing, growing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with Property Managers, Regional Directors, HOA Boards, and Commercial Real Estate firms.

If you thrive in the field, excel at face-to-face networking, and know how to position a top-tier restoration service as an indispensable asset to property managers—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Develop & Execute Outreach Strategy: Target, connect with, and win the business of Property Managers, Facility Managers, and HOA Board Directors across the region.
Position as the Go-To Emergency Partner: Educate property management teams on our rapid emergency response capabilities, priority service agreements, and seamless claims management.
Maintain High-Touch Visibility: Stay top-of-mind through consistent site visits, lunch-and-learns, industry association events (e.g., CAI, BOMA, IREM), and structured follow-ups.
Secure Priority Service Agreements: Help property managers build proactive disaster mitigation plans so our team is their first call when a loss occurs.
Represent an Elite Brand: Deliver an elite level of professionalism, clear communication, and responsiveness that reflects our standard of excellence.

Understand Property Management: Speak the language of property managers, understand their pain points (tenant retention, vendor reliability, asset protection), and know how to solve them.

Background: Prior success in B2B sales, commercial restoration, property management, or commercial facilities services is highly preferred.
