Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in the execution and coordination of influencer campaigns. This role involves day-to-day support in managing influencer partnerships, creating marketing content, and assisting with campaign logistics to drive brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Research and identify potential influencer partners across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
Draft outreach emails and manage influencer contact databases
Coordinate product seeding, shipping, and track campaign timelines
Assist with content briefs, video script outlines, and caption drafts
Monitor and organize incoming influencer content and performance metrics
Help maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners
Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product) to align influencer strategies with broader marketing goals
Assist with general marketing tasks as needed, including campaign reporting and competitor analysis

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Prior internship or experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management is a plus
Strong communication skills in both English and Korean (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with influencer platforms and social media tools
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and influencer culture

Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
