Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Armenian-speaking Medical Assistant or Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) for our front / and back Office. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient service and support within our clinic, which specializes in Cardiovascular Disease Specialty. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Candidate with experience in Cardiology will be preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, EKGs, preparing patients for examinations, verifying medication list, and documenting medical histories.
Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance verification.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care plans and follow-up appointments.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations.
Stay updated on cardiology practice protocols to provide accurate information to patients.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a medical assistant role or relevant healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and cardiac procedures.
Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassion and empathy.
Proficient in administrative tasks including electronic health record (EHR), and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
