Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up campaigns, referrals, and prospecting activities.
Contact prospective customers to identify insurance needs and qualify sales opportunities.
Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients through professional and engaging conversations.
Schedule qualified appointments and gather complete, quotable information for our licensed insurance advisors.
Consistently achieve daily outbound activity and lead generation goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with questions, policy changes, and general insurance needs.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products that better protect our customers.
Build long-term relationships that create loyal clients and generate referrals.
Develop professional sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation within our CRM system.
Participate in daily coaching, role-playing, and ongoing professional development.
Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales and service goal
