About us

Dominieren Corporation is a small but growing company, and we are on the lookout for top talent to bring on board now, during our early phases, and help build an exciting company from the ground up!

Dominieren Corporation is a parent company that encompasses several other enterprises. These include a software application company and a media and marketing company. At this time, employees and interns of Dominieren Corporation will spend significant time working for some of the enterprises we are in the process of launching, and will have a "start-up" feel as we build everything from marketing strategy to technological platforms from the ground up.

The position

We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant who can provide administrative support to our team and high-level management. The person will be responsible for the contact for internal and external constituencies and serve as a liaison to the board of director. The Executive Assistant is also someone organized and detail-oriented and must be creative and enjoy working within a small start-up community. Our ideal candidate that can fulfill our Junior Executive Assistant position will be open-minded, enthusiastic, self-driven, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, familiar with coordinating conferences, schedules, and meetings.

Roles and responsibilities:

Conducts a variety of administrative tasks for the Executive including scheduling events, manage the calendar of appointment, complete expense reports
Provides support between clients and managers; administrative support to the managements
Plans, coordinates and assists the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
Manages incoming issues and concerns to ensures the CEO's ability to lead the company effectively
Be confident to present and communicate on behalf of the CEO with CEO'S programmatic initiatives
Prioritizes urgency event and conflicting needs and proactively follows-through on projects

Experience:

Administrative Assistant: 1-2 year (Preferred)

Hours per week:

25-30 hours

Requirements

Professional written and communication skills
Have good judgment and a strong ability to see through problems
Meticulous, punctual, humble and has an outgoing personality
Strong multitasking skills and being able to work well under pressure
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Mac OS, A pple applications (Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
