We're looking for an exceptional Concierge Nurse (LVN) to become one of the most important members of our team.

This is a unique hybrid role where you'll combine your clinical expertise with concierge-level patient care. As each patient's Wellness Guide, you'll help them navigate their personalized care plan, support them throughout their health journey, and create an experience unlike anything found in traditional healthcare.

As a Concierge Nurse at Angel Longevity, you'll be more than a nurse—you'll become a trusted partner throughout each patient's wellness and longevity journey.

You'll build meaningful relationships, provide education and encouragement, coordinate care, and help patients understand the personalized wellness programs and memberships that best support their long-term health goals.

Your mission is to ensure every patient feels welcomed, informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

What You'll Do

Concierge Patient Experience

Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism.
Create an exceptional concierge experience from the moment patients arrive.
Build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
Be a consistent point of contact throughout each patient's wellness journey.
Answer patient questions with compassion and professionalism.
Coordinate appointments and follow-up visits.
Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email.
Anticipate patient needs and stay one step ahead.

Wellness Guide & Care Coordination

Serve as each patient's dedicated Wellness Guide, helping them navigate their care plan and stay engaged throughout their health journey.
Help patients understand their personalized treatment plans and next steps.
Educate patients about our wellness services, longevity programs, and membership options.
Help patients understand how ongoing personalized care supports long-term success.
Encourage accountability and celebrate patient progress.
Coordinate follow-up care and ensure patients never feel lost or forgotten.
Build trust through consistent communication, encouragement, and education.

Clinical Support

Perform blood draws and IV therapy (IV certification preferred).
Assist providers during patient visits.
Room patients and obtain vital signs.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical readiness.
Support patient education within your scope of practice.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Team Support

Work collaboratively with our providers, nurses, and Front & Back Office Manager.
Be cross-trained to support both front and back office operations.
Provide occasional coverage in the back office as a Medical Assistant or IV Nurse during vacations, illnesses, or periods of increased patient volume.
Help wherever needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

QualificationsRequired

Current California LVN license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Warm, compassionate, and relationship-oriented.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using electronic medical records.
Passion for wellness, longevity, and preventive medicine.

Preferred

IV Certification.
Experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy.
Experience in concierge medicine, functional medicine, wellness, infusion therapy, or a specialty medical practice.
Experience discussing treatment plans or coordinating long-term patient care.
