At Twist Bakery & Café, our cafés close by 4:00 PM, giving our leaders a schedule that's rare in the restaurant industry. We're a growing, locally owned company that believes great businesses are built by great people, and we're looking for an experienced Restaurant/Café Manager to partner with our General Manager in leading one of Massachusetts' busiest café concepts.

This is a key leadership role. You'll be a trusted partner to the General Manager, helping lead the team, drive operational excellence, coach future leaders, and ensure every guest leaves with an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

Partner with the General Manager to lead daily café operations.
Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Lead the café with confidence in the General Manager's absence.
Ensure every guest receives exceptional hospitality.
Manage labor, productivity, and daily execution.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development.
Help drive sales while managing costs responsibly.
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
