What You'll Do
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and serve as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders and healthcare organizations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top healthcare talent
- Managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Building and nurturing pipelines of nurses, allied health professionals, advanced practice providers, physicians, and healthcare support staff
- Reviewing applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Conducting candidate screenings and interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and healthcare leadership teams
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Extending and negotiating offers
- Maintaining accurate ATS records and recruiting activity
- Tracking recruitment metrics and pipeline activity
- Attending networking events, job fairs, conferences, and industry events as needed
- Staying informed on healthcare labor market trends, licensing requirements, and competitive recruiting practices
- Building relationships with colleges, universities, medical schools, professional organizations, and healthcare communities to create long-term talent pipelines

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and HR platforms
- Strong sourcing, networking, and talent engagement skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, allied health professionals, or healthcare support staff
- Experience working within a healthcare staffing agency, hospital system, physician practice, or healthcare organization
- Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements
- SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or other recruiting certifications
