Position Summary

The Senior Account Executive serves as the primary business manager for a portfolio of more than 30 manufacturer partners. This role develops and executes strategic plans that drive sales growth, expand distribution, improve category performance, and strengthen partnerships with retailers and distributors throughout the Pacific Northwest.

What You Will Do To Drive Growth

· Develop and execute annual business plans with retailers, distributors, and manufacturers.

· Identify sales opportunities, distribution gains, and new item placements.

· Lead category reviews, promotional planning, and business presentations.

· Achieve volume, sales, margin, and distribution objectives.

Turn Data into Action

· Analyze retailer, distributor, and syndicated sales data.

· Build forecasts, business reviews, and growth recommendations.

· Utilize advanced Excel tools including pivot tables, forecasting, and reporting.

· Measure promotional effectiveness and key performance indicators.

Manage Brands Like They Are Your Own

· Partner with over 30 food manufacturers across multiple categories.

· Provide reporting, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.

· Support product launches, retailer meetings, and distributor engagement.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and communication.

Lead & Collaborate

· Support and mentor team members when needed.

· Share best practices and market intelligence.

· Participate in strategic planning and team initiatives.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of food industry sales, broker, distributor, retail account management, or CPG experience.

· Proven success driving sales growth with food manufacturers and grocery retailers.

· Experience managing multiple brands and vendor relationships.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

· Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

· Experience with retailer portals, distributor systems, and promotional management tools preferred.

· Valid driver license and ability to travel throughout Oregon and Washington.
